This Privacy Policy explains how ATechsCloud ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit atechscloud.com (the "Site") or contact us. We are pre-launch; today the Site is informational and the primary data we handle is what you choose to send us.

- Contact information you provide — when you use our contact or early-access form, or email us, we receive your name, email address, company, and message.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated when you load the Site.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run advertising trackers.

- To respond to your inquiries and early-access requests.
- To keep you informed about the ATechsCloud product if you've asked us to.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process contact data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to and managing inquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

The Site is hosted on cloud infrastructure that may process data in regions including the United States and Europe. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
